摘 要:目前的数据采集系统越来越偏向于低电压、低功耗,而海量存储则是它发展的一个强大趋势。本文设计了一种借助于USB总线技术、嵌入式系统设计技术和微处理器技术来实现的一种低功耗、便携、大容量存储的数据采集系统。硬件方面,本设计采用了超低功耗的MSP430F149单片机,该单片机将大量的外围模块整合到片内,特别适合于设计片上系统。设计中用USB接口芯片和U盘实现数据的海量存储。软件方面,完成了嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ的移植和数据采集系统的软件设计。利用嵌入式实时操作系统的可裁剪性、可移植性和多任务等特点,不仅使其采集性能大幅度提高,而且使抗干扰能力和实时性显著增强。At present, most data acquisition systems are inclined to low voltage and low power design. And the mass storage technique is an inevitable tendency of the data acquisition system's development. The thesis introduces a design method of low power, portable and mass storage data acquisition system which uses USB bus technique, embedded system design technique and MCU technique. In hardware, the design uses the ultra low power MSP430F149 as the main MCU. This MCU integrated massive periphery module and it especially suits for design system on chip. The data acquisition system, which owns large capacity storage function, depends on USB interface chip and the USB storage device. In software, μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operation is transplanted to MSP430F149, and the tasks of the data acquisition system are programmed. The embedded real-time operation system can be cut out, transplanted and have multi-duties, those characteristics not only enhance its function of data acquisition, but also enhance the anti-interference ability and the real-time ability.
