摘　　要：从水面舰艇模拟训练系统的需求出发,分析了水面舰艇模拟训练特点,明确舰艇模拟中训练成绩评估要素,建立了成绩评估的指标体系及每个指标的成绩评估数学模型。以水面舰艇模拟训练中某次具体训练为例,用层次分析法来计算出舰艇的综合训练成绩。通过对模拟训练进行合理的评估,能够较好的反应出训练水平。It is based on the requirement of the vessel training system. Through much analysis of the figure of surface vessel training performance, the principle of the surface vessel training performance evaluation was confirmed. The training performance evaluating targets system, and the responding mathematical model system were scientifically established. The synthetic training results were obtained. According to the full use of evaluating of simulating training, the real training ability of the simulating system could be made.
