摘　　要：通过第2、3代欧洲核电,说明法国核电的统一是企业在市场中成熟后联合的统一。而企业竞争力弱与协作性差,靠行政强行集中统一,必导致混乱。所以,企业要学硅谷的发明创业,然后是跨行业联合。The unification of French NNP is resulted by the united enterprises of different industries, which have developed in market. If the unification is forced officially, but the enterprises don＇t have competition and cooperation ability, then mess is happened. Thus, enterprises should learn Si-Valley Culture and combine different industries.
