摘　　要：主要介绍烧结机卸灰输灰系统的组成及控制方式,用施耐德公司的昆腾系列PLC实现卸灰系统生产工艺设备的自动启停、电气联锁保护及工艺生产过程的数据采集等功能。This text mainly introduces to bum to knot the machine to unload the ash to lose the ash system to constitute and control the way, carrying out to unload the automatic start that the ash system produces the craft equipments to stop with the Quantum the series PLC of SHI NAI DE＇s company and the electricity catena lock protection, the data of the craft production line collects to wait the function.
