摘 要:采用甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯4种有机溶剂冷浸提取,分别得到了甲醇提取物(M E)、乙醇提取物(EE)、丙酮提取物(AE)和乙酸乙酯(EAE)。然后采用二苯代苦味酰肼自由基(DPPH)法对不同质量浓度的各提取物进行了自由基清除实验。结果表明,4种溶剂提取得到的桑叶提取物对DPPH自由基均有一定的清除作用,不同溶剂所得提取物对自由基的清除作用有差别,其中以丙酮提取物的效果最佳。桑叶可作为抗氧化物质资源开发利用。Leaves of Morus aLba L.. was extracted with four different solvents dipping at normal temperature to get methanol extract (ME), ethanol extract (EE), acetoneextract (AE) and ethyl acetate extract (EAE), respectively. Then their free radical scavcnging activities were measured with 2,2-Diphenyl-l-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) method. The results showed that:extracts from Morus aLba L.. with different solvents had DPPH free radical scavenging activities, with different extraction solvents,the free radical scavenging activities of ttie extracts were also differcent and AE was the best. Leaves of Morus aLba L.. may develop and utilizate as antioxidant.
