钼磷酸杂多蓝分光光度法测定异烟肼含量

摘　　要：研究异烟肼与钼磷酸杂多蓝反应的条件。在水介质中,异烟肼与钼磷酸在90℃时发生荷移反应,标题化合物的最大吸收波长为700nm,IR数据显示化合物依然保持K egg in结构。表观摩尔吸光系数为5.26×103L·mo-l-1·cm-1,异烟肼的浓度在4.00—24.0mg·L-1范围内与吸光度呈线性关系,相对标准偏差为0.44%(n=6)。回收率在97%以上。用本法测定了异烟肼片剂中有效成分的含量,并与文献值进行比较,二者结果吻合。A spectrophotometric method for the determination of Isoniazid was developed based on the heteropoly blue reaction between isoniazid and phosphomolybdic acid hydrate in water solution. The apparent molar absorptivity of compound is 5.26× 10^3L·mol^-1·cm^-1 at 700nm. Beer＇s law is strictly obeyed in the range of 4.00--24.0mg·L^-1 of isoniazid. The average recovery is over 97.0%. The average standard deviation of 0.440% is obtained at the concentration of 0. 024g·L^-1 for 6 times measurements. The proposed method is stable ,accurate ,sensitive and rapid with satisfactory results for determination of isoniazid in preparation.
