H_2bzimpy-钐-酪氨酸三元配合物的合成、表征及其与DNA的相互作用

摘　　要：合成了一种新型的配合物:[SmL2TyrONO2](NO3)2[L=2,6-二(苯并咪唑-2′)吡啶(H2bzimpy);Tyr为酪氨酸(DL-Tyrosine)]。用红外光谱、核磁共振光谱对配合物进行了表征。用紫外光谱、荧光光谱、粘度研究了配合物与DNA的相互作用。结果表明:配合物以部分键合模式与DNA作用。A new ternary complexes, [SmL2TyrONO2] （ NO3 ）2 were synthesized and characterized by UV,infrared spectroscopy and ^1HNMR spectra,where L is 2,6-Bis（benzimidazy-2′） pyridine, DL-Tyr is DL-Tyrosine. The interactions of the two complexes with salmon sperm DNA were investigated by UV, fluorescence spectra and viscosity measurements. The results suggest that Samarium （ Ⅲ ） complex bind to DNA base pairs by partial intercalation function.
