摘　　要：采用微波消解处理中药样品,电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(ICP-M S)分析中药肿节风中铁、锌、钙、镁、铜、锰、硒、钼、钴、铝、镍和铬等12种元素的含量,其中铁、锌、钙、镁、锰含量高,硒含量低于检测限,其他元素含量较低,肿节风中元素的分布特点可能与肿节风消炎、清热、解毒和舒筋活血等作用有关,为现代用药了提供参考数据。The twelve elements of Fe,Zn,Ca,Mg,Cu,Mn,Se,Mo,Co,AI,Ni,and Cr in Herba Sarcandrae samples were treated by microwave digestion, and determined by Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry （ICP-MS）. Fe, Zn, Ca, Mg and Mn have high content, the content of Se below the detection limit, and the other elements contents were low. The distribution of elements in the Herba Sarcandrae may be concerned with the drug property, participate to treat disease by antiphlogosis, heat-clearing, detoxifying and Shujinhuoxue, and provide useful data for modern drug treatment.
