摘 要:目的对荔枝草的黄酮类成分进行研究。方法利用柱色谱方法分离纯化化合物,运用光谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果从荔枝草体积分数95%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为5-羟基-4′,7-二甲氧基-异黄酮(1)、高车前素(2)、泽兰黄酮(3)、高车前苷(4)、(2S)-5,7,4′-三羟基-6-甲氧基-二氢黄酮-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)和假荆芥属苷(6)。结论化合物5为新的二氢黄酮苷,化合物1和5为首次从荔枝草中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the flavanoids in Salvia plebeia R. Br. METHODS The constituents were isolated by various column chromatography and their structures were elucidated based on spectral analysis. RESULTS Six compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of S. plebeia, they were identified as 5-hydroxy-4′, 7-dimethoxy-isoflavone ( 1 ), hispidulin (2), nepetin ( 3 ), homoplantaginin(4), (2S) -5,7,4'-trihydroxy-6-methoxy-flavanone-7-O-fl-D-glucopyranoside ( 5 ) and nepitrin ( 6 ). CONCLUSION Compound 5 was a new flavanone glycoside. Compound 1 and 5 were isolated from S. plebeia for the first time.
