痔及痔上黏膜注射预防痔结扎术后出血500例临床观察

摘　　要：为了预防痔结扎术后继发性出血，对500例重度痔采用痔及痔上黏膜硬化剂注射术后行痔结扎切除术，以预防手术后痔核脱落期出血。结果显示，500例手术术后无继发性出血。结果表明，痔及痔上黏膜硬化剂注射术加痔结扎切除术合用治疗脱垂痔临床效果可靠，安全易行。Sclerosing agent injection was conducted in 500 patients with severe hemorrhoid at their hemorrhoids and their superior hemorrhoidal mucosa. This procedure was done before hemorroidal ligation and resection of the prolapsed hemorrhoids in an attempt to prevent postoperative hemorrhage. Results showed that secondary hemorrhage did not occur postoperatively in all the 500 cases. It is suggested that sclerosing agent injection at the hemorrhoids and the superior hemorrhoidal mucosa plus hemorrhoidal ligation and resection is safe, reliable and effective in the treatment of prolapsed hemorrhoids.
