改良Foley导尿管在感染腔隙引流中的应用

摘　　要：为探讨改良Foley导尿管在感染腔隙引流中的应用，在直肠癌手术骶前引流管拔出后出现盆腔感染时，把改良的Foley导尿管置入盆腔并进行冲洗引流。结果显示，16例全部治愈。冲洗引流时间5～12d，平均10d。结果表明，改良Foley导尿管置管冲洗引流治疗感染腔隙，具有置管简单易行，创伤小，痛苦轻，冲洗彻底等优点。The objective of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic outcome of the improved Foley＇s catheter in drainage of infective space. When pelvic infection occurred after the presacral drainage catheter was removed following the surgical operation of rectal carcinoma,the improved Foley＇s catheter was introduced into the pelvic cavity for irrigation and drainage. As results, the mean irrigation and drainage duration of time was 10 days（range 5-12days）,and all the 16 cases were cured. It is concluded that application of the improved Foley＇s catheter in irrigation and drainage of infective space is simpler in manipulation, less in trauma and pain and thorough in irrigation.
