摘 要:目的:研究低氧训练过程中与大鼠体重密切相关的内分泌激素水平的变化及其时体重的调节。方法:10周龄雄性SD大鼠100只,经过适应性训练后筛选出50只分为5组,保证每组大鼠平均体重基本一致,分为常氧安静组、常氧训练组、低氧安静组、低氧训练组,其中低氧训练组包括6周低氧训练组及复氧2周组,建立模拟海拔3500m的高住高练低氧训练动物实验模型。实验前、实验1、3、6、8周末分别取鼠尾静脉血,分离血清测定瘦素、睾酮、皮质酮、生长激素(GH)及胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平。结果:低氧训练组大鼠在实验前3周血清瘦素水平逐渐升高,至实验3周末达显著性水平,随后逐渐下降,但至复氧2周末仍显著性高于实验前水平。低氧训练过程中大鼠血清睾酮水平持续下降,至6周末显著性低于实验前值,复氧2周后有所上升,但仍低于实验前值。低氧训练组大鼠血清皮质酮水平在实验前3周呈逐渐下降趋势,随后上升,至实验6周末显著性高于实验前水平,复氧2周后下降至接近实验前水平。睾酮/皮质酮比值实验前3周无显著性变化,随后下降,至实验6周末显著性低于实验前水平,复氧2周后又逐渐升高,但仍低于实验前值。与常氧安静组大鼠比较,低氧训练组大鼠在实验过程中GH、IGF-1水平无显著性变化。结论:低氧训练引起大鼠血清瘦素水平显著升高,使大鼠摄食量及体脂减少,从而减少大鼠体重增幅,改善大鼠的体成分,这一效应得以保持到复氧2周后。低氧训练使大鼠血清睾酮水平发生显著性降低、血清T/C值下降,血清睾酮水平的下降及T/C值下降使大鼠合成代谢水平下降和/或分解代谢水平上升,其体重增幅降低。The purpose of this study was to investigate the change of serum hormone related to body weight regulation of SD rats during hypoxic training, and discussed their effects on body weight regulation. 100 male SD rats of 10 weeks old were subjected to adaptively training, and 50 were selected and randomly divided into normoxic sedentary group (NS), normoxic training group (NT), hypoxic sedentary group (HS) and hypoxic training group ( HT), among them hypoxic training group subdivided into 6 week's hypoxic training group and 2 week's re-oxygenation group. Living high-training high hypoxic training experiment model was made. Blood samples were collected just before and 1,3,6 and 8 weeks after the beginning of the experiment from the tail vein. The serum was separated and the content of serum leptin, testosterone (T), corticosterone (C), GH and IGF-1 were tested. The result showed that Serum leptin of HT rats increased gradually and reached the peak at the end of 3^rd week, then decreased gradually till the end of 2 weeks' re-oxygenation,and the level of serum leptin from the end of 3^rd week to the end of 2 weeks' re-oxygenation was significantly higher than that before experiment. Serum T of HT rats decreased continually during the 6 week hypoxic training, and at the end of 6th week it was significantly lower than that before experiment, then increased after 2 weeks' re-oxygenation but still lower than that before experiment. Serum C of HT rats de- creased gradually during the first 3 weeks and then increased,the level at the end of 6th week was significantly higher than that before the experiment, after 2 weeks' re-oxygenation it decreased and the level was close to that before experiment. Serum T/C didn't change significantly during the first 3 weeks of hypoxic training and then decreased significantly at the end of 6th week, after 2 weeks' re-oxygenation, the level of T/C increased close to that before experiment.
