摘 要:利用GT-Power软件,研究了配气正时对6106柴油机性能的影响。在全负荷工况下,分别对进气门关闭角度、排气提前角以及气门叠开角度对柴油机性能影响进行了计算和分析,并且通过计算得到了不同工况下的最佳配气正时角度。最后将所得的计算结果在6106柴油机上进行了试验研究,通过试验测得了全负荷工况下的柴油机的扭矩、燃油消耗和充气效率等参数,给出了优化前后计算值和试验值的对比,通过对比可以看出计算值跟试验值最大误差在1%以内,验证了计算结果的准确性。The influence of valve timing on the performance of 6106 diesel engine was studied by using GT-Power software in this paper. The effect of different timing of intake valve close and exhaust valve open, valve overlap on diesel engine performance were calculated and analyzed under full load condition, and different optimum results were obtained by computation. Finally, the test study on the acquired computational results was performed on 6106 diesel engine. The engine torque, brake specific fuel consumption (BSFC) and volumetric efficiency were measured at full load condition. The computational results and test datum before and after optimization were compared, and the difference between them was less than 1 %, which verified the validity of the results for performance improvement of diesel engines.
