摘　　要：目的:观察注射用丹红对犬急性心肌缺血损伤的保护作用。方法:犬冠状动脉结扎造成心肌梗死模型,采用心外膜标测法测定心肌梗死程度,硝基四氮唑蓝染色法测定心肌梗死面积,测定血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)活性。结果:注射用丹红(1.2,4 g·kg^(-1))减轻犬冠脉结扎所致ST段升高总mV数,减小心肌梗死面积,抑制血清LDH、CK活性的升高。结论:注射用丹红对犬急性心肌缺血损伤有保护作用。Objective： To investigate the protective effects of injection of Danhong against acute myocardial ischemia in dogs. Method： The myocardial ischemia model were established by ligation of coronary artery in dogs. The degree of myocardial ischemia and the myocardial infarction size were observed before and after giving injection of Danhong. The serum creatine phosphokinase （CK） and lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） activities were also determined. Result： Injection of Danhong （1,2, 4 g · kg^-1 ） could significantly decreased the damage degree of myocardial ischemia, redused myocardial infarction size and also reduced the serum LDH and CK activities. Conclusion： Injection of Danhong had protective action on myocardial ischemia.
