前列腺素E1脂微球治疗高胆红素血症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察前列腺素E_1脂微球治疗血清高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法:本研究为多中心临床观察。患者随机分成对照组和试验组。前者给予常规药物治疗;后者在常规药物治疗的基础上加用前列腺素E_1脂微球10μg,疗程为14 d。治疗前后监测肝功能,统计有效率。结果:两组患者治疗后谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBil)均有显著改善(P<0.05);但试验组改善更加显著(P<0.05)。试验组和对照组治疗前TBil指标分别为(282.9±100.5)和(256.0±81.9)μmol·L^(-1);治疗后分别为(114.2±80.6)和(178.6±153.9)μmol·L^(-1),试验组较对照组TBil下降明显,两组总有效率分别为83.34%和48.48%(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应轻微,基本可以耐受。结论:前列腺素E_1脂微球能够改善肝功能,对治疗高胆红素血症有效。Objective： To study the effect of lipo-prostaglandin E1 （lipo-PGE1 ） on hyperbilirubinemia. Methods： This study was performed in multiple centers. The patients with hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into 2 groups, and treated with either conventional regimen alone （control） or combined with lipo-PGE1 （ 10μg） for 14 days. The liver function was monitored before and after the treatments, and the total efficiency was analyzed. Results： The levels of ALT, AST and serum total bilirubin （TBil） were reduced in the patients of both groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while the improvement was significantly better in combination with lipo-PGE1 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The serum TBil was reduced more than control in combination with lipo-PGE1 （P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rates were 83.34% and 48.48% in lipo-PGE1 and control groups （P 〈 0.05） , respectively. Conclusion： Lipo-PGE1 improves liver function, and exerts a beneficial effect for treating hyperbilirubinemia.
