和龙膨润土对延边半细毛羊瘤胃内环境及血液指标的影响

摘　　要：本实验利用四只带有永久性瘤胃瘘管的延边半细毛羊，采用交叉实验设计进行测试.体外实验表明，瘤胃液氨浓度实验组比对照组明显降低（P＜0．01），实验组的PH值比对照组显著性降低（P＜0．05）；实验组的CP和NDF的消失率比对照组提高（P＜0．05和P＜0．01）；VFA的变化不显著（P＞0．05）；原虫蛋白浓度（P＜0．05）、细菌蛋白浓度（P＜0．05）和TCA－P（P＜0．01）较对照组明显提高；瘤胃温度没有发现变化（P＜0．05）血液指标中只有总蛋白实验组较对照组有所提高（P＜0．05），血糖、血脂、GOP、GTP、HB均无变化；离子成分中只有锌离子实验组较对照组有所提高（P＜0．05），而K、Mg、Cu。In order to illustrate the effecte of Bentonite (B)on ruminante, four rumen canulatedsheep were randomly divided into two groupe and a switohback trial was conducted. For the in vivo study, oomparing the two groups as to the rumen parameters, GA showed that the concentrations of rumen ammonia and PH values significantly declined (P < 0.01 ), and the dispearancerates of protein (P <0. 05 ) and NDF (p < 0. 01 ) increaseed significantly, and protozoal densities(P< 0. 01 ) and bactarial densities (P < 0. 05 ) and TCA - P (P < 0. 01 ) increased significantly,however, rumen tempreture and the concentrations of VFA had no change. Comparing the twogroups as to blood parameters, GA showed that total protein (P<0. 05) increaeed whereas bloodsugar and blood lipids, nor did the HB and some minerals including K, Mg, Fe, Cu, Ca, Se, Co,however there was an increase in Zn(P < 0. 05 ). This study indicated that B makes rummants mcrease microbial protein in the rumen. lt does this mainly by way of keeping a more apprecinte ecological enviroment for the rumen microbes to live in.
