摘　　要：介绍了即将实施的河北省第三阶段节能标准的编制原则、主要内容和特点,并与第二阶段节能标准进行对比研究,目的在于揭示新一轮节能标准的内涵实质,使新标准更快、更全面准确地应用于新建住宅节能设计中。It is introduced that the fundamental conterits and the features of the third stage standard for energy efficiency of residential buildings in Hebei Province. Which is compared with the second stage standard, with the aim of revealing the essence of the new standard, and then making it be used more exactly and widely for the energy-saving design of new residential buildings.
