镧对CoMCM-41介孔分子筛结构的影响

摘  要:以硅酸钠、氯化钴和氯化镧为原料,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,通过水热法合成了CoMCM-41介孔分子筛和Co-LaMCM-41介孔分子筛。采用XRD、FT-IR、TEM、N_2吸附-脱附等方法对试样的物化性能进行表征,结果表明:合成出了具有介孔结构的CoMCM-41和Co-LaMCM-41,550℃焙烧可以将模板剂有效去除并不影响介孔结构。CoMCM-41的比表面积为897.25 m^2/g,Co-LaMCM-41的比表面积为508.85 m^2/g。引入稀土元素镧使CoMCM-41介孔分子筛的比表面积下降,平均孔径增大,介孔有序性降低。CoMCM-41 and Co-LaMCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieves were synthesized by a hydrothermal method using sodium silicate, cobalt chloride and lanthanum chloride as raw materials and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as template. The synthesized samples were characterized by X ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and N2 physical adsorption techniques. The results showed that CoMCM-41 and Co-LaMCM-41 samples were mesoporous. After calcinations at 550 ℃, the template was effectively removed and the mesoporous structure of the as synthesized samples was not damaged. CoMCM-41 and Co-LaMCM-41 had specific surface area of 897.25 and 508.85 m^2/g, respectively. When the rare earth element lanthanum was introduced, the specific surface area decreased, the average pore size increased and the ordering of the mesopores decreased.
