摘 要:以肼基甲酸甲酯和苯甲醇为原料,在催化剂作用下,通过酯交换反应合成了肼基甲酸苄酯。考察了催化剂种类、物料配比、反应时间、反应温度等因素对收率的影响,最佳合成条件为:n(苯甲醇):n(肼基碳酸甲酯)=1.1:1,w(无水碳酸钠)=2.2%,140℃反应4 h,产物收率大于70%。通过元素分析、红外光谱及质谱对目标产物进行了结构表征,经HPLC纯度分析表明该工艺合成的产物具有较高的品质。The synthesis of benzyl carbazate by the catalytic ester exchange reaction between methyl carbazate and benzyl alcohol was studied. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: methyl carbazate to benzyl alcohol 1 : 1.1 (mol ratio), 2.2% (based on the weight of methyl carbazate) sodium carbonate as the catalyst, reaction temperature 140 ℃ and reaction time 4 h. The yield of the target compound exceeded 70% under the optimum reaction conditions. The target compound was identified through elemental analysis, IR spectra and MS spectra, and HPLC anlysis indicated that the purity of the benzyl carbazate snythesized was fairly high.
