补肾方对PC12细胞增殖能力及突起形成的影响

摘　　要：目的:根据肾精化生脑髓理论,寻证"肾通于脑"的生理学机制。方法:采用中药血清药理法和体外神经细胞PC12的培养,测定细胞存活和生长能力以及突起数目,分析补肾益智方对不同年龄段大鼠脑髓作用的影响。结果:补肾益智方对于PC12细胞的作用老年组在不同浓度均较青年组增殖率高;而且细胞突起均较对照组有显著差异。提示补肾中药复方在体外对正常的神经元的生长可能具有促进作用。结论:补肾方老年血清组对神经元生长有促进作用,提示"肾通于脑"的生理学机制之一在于促神经元生长。Objective： To search the physiological mechanism of kidney communicating to brain according to the theory of kidney - essence metaplasing the brain and the spinal cord. Method. With the method of blood - serum pharmacology of Chinese herbal and PC12 neurocyte cell culture in vitro, cell survival, energy for growth and numbers of nervous process were determined. And the influence of Formula of Invigorating the Intelligence or Wisdom on rat＇ s bra/ns in different age was analyzed. Result ： Formula of Invigorating the Kidney to Grow in Intelligence or Wisdom could improve the increasing rate of PC12 cell in different saturation, and old group did better than young group. And cell process showed significant difference contrasting to the control group. It suggested that compound recipe of Chinese herbal in invigorating kidney could promote normal neuron growth in vitro. Conclusion： The promotion of neuronic growth in group of old blood serum by formula of invigorating the kidney growth suggests that one of the physiological mechanisms of ＇ kidney communicating to brain＇ is to promote neuron growth.
