摘　　要：以国家科技攻关计划“名老中医学术思想、经验传承研究”课题管理为基础，初步建立了中医药重大科技课题的项目管理框架体系，在实践中取得了一些成功经验，保障了课题的顺利实施。On the basis of management of the project ＂study on the inheritance of academic thoughts and experience of senior Chinese medicine doctors＂ funded by the National Key Technologies R＆D Program, the establishment of management framework for science and technology program is achieved. Some successful experience is obtained and the implementation of study is guaranteed.
