摘　　要：目的对创伤性膈疝的治疗方法及预后进行观察。方法回顾性分析18例创伤性膈疝患者的临床资料。结果18例创伤性膈疝均手术治疗,治愈16例,死亡2例,治愈率88.9%。结论对胸腹部创伤患者要详细的询问受伤情况,全面的体格检查,根据X线、CT和临床特点,早期诊断、及时手术治疗是提高治愈率的关键。Objective To observe the treatment method and prognosis of the traurmatic diaphragmatic hernia. Methods Analyzed restrospectively the clinical data of traurmatic diaphragmatic hernia 18 cases. Results Eighteen cases of traurmatic diaphragmatic hmia were all treated by the surgical opration. Sixteen cases had been cured, two cases died, the curative rate was 88.9%. Conclusion The sufferes chest and belly wound need be inquired in details to get the circumstance, careful physical examination, according to the X ray, CT and the clinic characteristics, early diagnosis and operation treatment in time are the key of raising the curative rate.
