摘 要:钻头牙齿和齿孔的过盈配合,是一个包含了几何非线性、材料非线性、接触非线性的复杂多重非线性问题以往的研究工作都是以单齿或多齿为研究对象,本文以QF-Ⅱ型潜孔钻头为原型,将硬度极大,变形极小的牙齿视为不变形的刚性体,把过盈量全部均匀作用在孔壁上,使得齿孔边界变形成为已知,通过在ANSYS中建立QF-Ⅱ型潜孔钻头的有限元模型,对不同过盈量下钻头本体的应力分布规律进行了详细的研究,并提出了改进意见。The interference fit between the tooth and tooth hole is a complicated multiple nonlinear problem which includes geometrical nonlinearity, material nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity. The single-tooth or multi-teeth is considered in former research. In this paper, the whole bit is taken into account and it is supposed the tooth as rigid body which hardness is very high and the deformation is minor. And then the interference value is directly applied on the wall of hole to make the deformation obtained. The finite element model is built for QF- Ⅱ down-the-hole bit in the software of ANSYS and the distributional principle of stress is researched in different interference value. In addition, some proposals are put forward.
