桂哌齐特注射液不良反应回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:观察桂哌齐特注射液(克林澳)的不良反应发生率、发生类型以及可能相关因素。方法:全面收集我院从2004年5月～2007年3月,应用桂哌齐特完整住院病例,进行回顾性调查,采用SPSS11.0统计软件包进行分析。结果:共调查病例500例,男328例,女172例,年龄平均61.4岁。不良反应报告12例,总体不良反应发生率2.4%。不良反应与性别、年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论:桂哌齐特注射液不良反应总体发生情况轻微。Objective： To investigate the incidence and categories of adverse reaction caused by cinepazide injection. Some possible reasons causing these reactions were analyzed. Method： 500 cases treated with cinepazide in our hospital from Dec. 2005 to Feb. 2007 were retrospectively studied and the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 11.0. Resuit： 378 male patients and 172 female patients were investigated and their average age was 61.4y. The adverse reactions were found in 12 cases of the 500 patients with an incidence of 2.4%. The adverse reactions had no relation with their sexes, ages （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： all the adverse drug reactions caused by cinepazide injection were light.
