川芎嗪对肺源性心脏病急性加重期血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的研究川芎嗪对肺源性心脏病急性加重期血液流变学的影响。方法74例患者随机分两组,治疗组38例,对照组36例,治疗组为常规治疗加川芎嗪,10 d为一疗程,对照组为常规治疗。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为94.7%和83.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。治疗组全血高切、低切还原粘度,血浆粘度,红细胞积聚指数等指标较治疗前明显下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论川芎嗪对肺源性心脏病急性加重期有较好的治疗作用,可改善预后。Objective To investigate the effects of ligustrazine on the hemorheology in acute exacerbations of pulmonary heart disease.Methods Seventy-four patients with acute exacerbations of pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups：38 patients in treatment group and 36 patients in control group.The patients in treatment group,besides the routine treatmen received intravenous injection of Ligustrazine,once a day,10 days a course.,while the patients in control group received only routine treatmen.Results The totle effective rates in the treatment group and control group were 94.7% and 83.3%（P〈0.01）,with significant difference between two groups.For the treatment group,the highshear rate,lowshear rate,whole plasma viscosity,aggregation of RBC and other data decreased greatly after treatment and there was significant difference from those of control group.Conclusion Ligustrazine is effective and ameliorate prognosis for patients with acute exacerbations of pulmonary heart disease.
