摘　　要：本文在构建上市公司财务评价指标体系和应用因子分析方法的基础上,给出了一种综合分析与评价上市公司财务状况和经营状况的新方法.实践表明,该方法是有效的.Based on the construction of the index system for financial evaluation of company and the application of the factor analysis method, a new method of comprehensive analyzing and evaluating the financial and managerial situation of a company. It's proved to be effective in practice.
