济坤煎剂对多囊卵巢综合征高雄激素血症小鼠卵巢排卵的干预作用

摘　　要：目的探讨济坤煎剂对多囊卵巢综合征高雄激素血症小鼠卵巢排卵的干预作用。方法雌性小白鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、克罗米酚组、济坤煎剂组,并予相应处理;光镜观察阴道脱落细胞涂片的周期性变化以及卵巢、卵泡发育情况,免疫组化法检测卵巢组织胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的表达水平。结果济坤煎剂组小鼠有明显的性周期变化,卵巢、卵泡发育基本正常,卵巢组织IGF-1的表达明显降低。结论济坤煎剂有促进模型小鼠的排卵作用,下调卵巢组织IGF-1的表达为其作用机制之一。Objective： To explore curative effect and mechanism of Jikun Recipe on ovulation induction in hyperandrogenemia mice with PCOS. Methods： The female mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, chloramiphene group and Jikun Recipe group. Cyclic changes of vaginal smear and the effects of ovaries and ovarial follicular development were observed by light microscope. The express level of IGF - 1 in ovaries were detected by immunohistochemical staining techinique. Results： Vaginal smears of Jikun Recipe group returned to normal cyclic pattern. The effects of ovaries and ovarial follicular development were normal. The express level of IGF - 1 in ovaries were decreased. Conclusion： Jikun Recipe could promote the ovulation of model mice, and one of mechanisms was which decreased the express level of IGF - 1 in ovaries.
