摘　　要：目的测定蒿芩清胆颗粒中黄芩苷的含量,为制定该颗粒的质量标准提供依据。方法高效液相法测定蒿芩清胆颗粒中黄芩苷含量。结果黄芩苷定量测定的线性范围表明黄芩苷在0.0628～0.6280μg,浓度与积分值具有良好的线性关系;加样回收率为98.6%;颗粒中黄芩苷含量不低于4.99mg/g。结论蒿芩清胆颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测量方法简便,准确性高,灵敏度好,可用于蒿芩清胆颗粒剂中黄芩苷的含量测定,能够保证制剂质量。Objective： To establish the quality standard of Haoqinqingdan Granules by determining the Baicalin in the granules with HPLC. Methods： The content of Baicalin in the granules were determined by HPLC. Results： There was good linear relationship for Baicalin in the range of 0. 0628 - 0. 6280 μg. The recovery rate was 98.6%. The content of Baicalin in this granules was required no less than 4.99mg/g. Conclusion： The assay method was feasible and rational. It was validated in the quality control. On the basis of the quantitative analysis method for Baicalin, the quality standard can control the standard of the granules with high sensitivity and veracity.
