推广超级杂交稻 实现“种三产四”目标

摘　　要：我国超级杂交稻育种顺利实现了第1、2期育种目标,大面积推广应用超级杂交稻成为当前的主要任务。袁隆平院士科学地提出了超级杂交稻"种三产四"丰产工程的战略构想。本文系统分析了实现"种三产四"目标的理论与技术基础,提出了该项目的具体实施内容,并对2007年湖南省"种三产四"丰产工程进行了详细分析和经验总结。实践表明,实施超级杂交稻"种三产四"丰产工程是应对当前人增地减粮危的严峻形势、保证粮食耕地、增加粮食产量的有效途径。Abstract Aims of the Phase I and Phase II of super hybrid rice breeding have been successfully achieved in our country, and extensively the promotion of the super hybrid rice into commercial production becomes the major task currently. In connection with the severe situation of population increase, decrease of arable land and food scarcity,Academician Yuan Longping proposed scientifically the implementation of the ＂Planting Three to Produce Four＂ High-yielding Project on Super Hybrid Rice. The paper analyzed systematically the theoretical and technical foundations to realize the objectives of this project and put forward practices and measures to be taken in implementation. Furthermore, a detailed analysis was conducted on the project conducted in Hunan Province in 2007, indicating that the implementation of the project is an effective approach to coping with the present severe situations and ensuring food production.
