顶管工程施工清障的处理措施

摘　　要：在顶管施工过程中,顶管工具管碰到障碍物是较常见、也是较棘手的问题。通过工程实例介绍了DN2000钢管采用气压平衡式顶管工艺在穿越城市干道施工以及顶管头部遇到成片块石区的处理方法。结果表明,采用外部注浆和内部气压清障相结合的方法(即先采用高压旋喷帷幕和双液注浆止水,然后人工进舱清障),可达到止水和土体固化的目的,施工安全且经济有效。During pipe jacking construction, it is common that the pipe jacking tool is encountered with obstacles, which is a trouble. An engineering case is used to introduce the construction of DN2 000 steel pipe using pneumatic balance pipe jacking process for crossing under the trunk road and the treatment method for the stone-block area. The results show that the combined method of external grouting and internal pneumatic clearing of obstacles （namely high-pressure rotating spray curtain and double-fluid jet grouting for stopping water, and manual clearing of obstacles） can reach water-stopping and soil solidification with construction safety and economy.
