铁和维生素A及互作效应对肠道铜存留量的影响

摘  要:本试验选用504只1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡为研究对象,采用完全随机试验设计,随机分成9组,每组4个重复,试验分成0~4周龄和5~7周龄2个阶段。日粮中维生素A的添加水平为750、1500、2700IU/kg,铁的添加水平为0、30、60mg/kg,通过屠宰试验和原子吸收分光光度法测定各项指标。结果表明,铁添加水平对5~7周龄回肠、大肠铜含量影响极显著(P<0.01),回肠、大肠的铜含量随铁水平的升高而降低;0~4周龄空肠铜含量随铁水平的升高而升高(P<0.05)。维生素A添加水平在0~4周龄对十二指肠铜含量影响显著(P<0.05),对5~7周龄回肠铜含量影响极显著(P<0.01),并随着维生素A水平的升高而升高。铁和维生素A的互作效应对5~7周龄回肠铜含量和铜表观存留率影响极显著(P<0.01)。Five hundred and four broiler chickens of 1 day old were randomly divided into 9 groups with 4 repeats per group.Different levels of vitamin A (750,1500,2700 IU/kg)and iron (0,30,60 mg/kg)were adding into the diets.Results showed that Fe supplementation had significant effects on Cu concentration in large intestine and in duodeum (P 〈 0.01 ) during 5 - 7 weeks ,both of them decreased with the increasing of Fe.Fe supplementation had significant effects on Cu concentration in jejunum(P 〈 0.05) during 0 - 4 weeks,and Cu concentration in jejunum increased with increasing of Fe.Vitamin A supplementation had significant effect on Cu concentration in duodeum during 0 - 4 weeks (P 〈 0.05) and greatly effect on Cu concentration in ileum during 5 - 7 weeks (P 〈 0.01 ),and Cu concentration increased with the increasing of vitamin A.Interaction between Fe and vitamin A had significant effects on Cu concentration,and apparent accumulate rate of Cu in ileum(P 〈 0.01 ).
