黄芪多糖对异育银鲫肌肉组成成分的影响

摘　　要：通过在异育银鲫饲料中分别添加0.00%、0.025%、0.05%、0.10%、0.15%和0.20%的黄芪多糖(APS),探讨其对异育银鲫肌肉组成成分的影响。结果表明,0.05%APS组含肉率较空白对照组提高了10.2%(P<0.05);0.05%APS组肌肉脂肪含量较空白对照组提高了52.2%(P<0.05);各组肌肉中的水分、粗蛋白质和粗灰分无显著差异(P>0.05)。说明饲料中添加一定量(0.05%)的APS能够提高异育银鲫的可食性部分,提高肌肉中脂肪的含量,改善异育银鲫的肌肉品质。Effects of Astragalus Polysaccharides （APS） on nutritional ingredient in muscle of Carassius auratus gibelio were studied.There were six groups：0.00 % APS group,0.025 % APS group,0.05 % APS group,0.10 % APS group,0.15 % APS group and 0.20 % APS group.The results indicated that the ratio of flesh in whole body of 0.05 % APS group was increased by 10,2 % （P 〈 0.05）;the crude fat content in muscle of 0.025 % APS group was increased by 52.2 % （P 〈 0.05）;and there were no significant difference in the moisture,crude protein and crude ash content between the trial groups and the control group（P 〉 0.05）.It was concluded from these results showed that the diet with 0,05 % APS could improve the ratio of flesh in whole body,the crude fat content in muscle and the muscle quality of C.auratus gibelio.
