摘　　要：本文阐述了一种高速数据采集板的原理及硬件电路，此板符合STD总线标准；采样字长为8位；采样速率为20MSPS。最后介绍此板在高压电网过电压在线监测装置中的应用。This paper describes the principle of a ultra-high speed data acquisition board and hardware circuits. This board is up to the standard of STDBUS,sampling word length is 8 bit,sampling rate is 20MSPS.This board is applied to on-line monitoring and measuring of over votage in HV power system.
