摘　　要：在中文文献的主题标引中,非控制词(自由词)标引是一种重要的标引技术。其目的主要在于提高文献的检索效率,扩大文献的检索途径,它是对主题标引的补充和辅助,可弥补主题标引的不足。本文探讨了CN-MARC610字段设置的必要性,以及在其标引过程中,应遵循的原则和方法。In the subject indexing of Chinese literature, uncontrolled subject word is a very important indexing technology with the purpose of improving the efficiency of literature retrieval and expanding the methods of literature retrieval. The uncon- trolled subject words are the compensation and assistance of subject indexing, which can be used as the remedy for subject indexing. This paper discussed the necessity of setting up CNMARC 610 field and the principles and methods in the course of subject indexing.
