摘　　要：由于高等教育普及、高校学生人数猛增和高等教育收费增加等因素,高校贫困生问题日益突出。图书馆人力资源不足,针对福建农林大学贫困生多的现状和图书馆使用学生工过程中出现的问题提出相应的管理办法,实践证明图书馆使用学生工可获得多赢结果。With higher education popularization, sharp increase of enrollment and tuition boost, the issue of university students in poverty becomes increasingly serious. The paper has put forward proposals, with an aim to solve human resources shortage in university libraries, and increase more part-time job for poor-students. The paper has also discussed work-study program management in the university. The paper has proved that employing part-time student in university library could get several wins.
