摘　　要：文章对政府投资项目代建制的风险特点与导致风险的重点因素进行了分析与研究,同时提出了应对这些风险的防范措施,以完善政府投资代建制。This paper makes analytical study on the features of risks in agent construction system for government-invested project as well as on the elements that trigger risks; then it puts forward measures to prevent the risks to perfect agent construction system.
