摘　　要：针对当前一些建设单位在招投标过程中把低价中标演变成低于成本价的最低价中标做法所产生的危害,通过工程实例分析计算,找出确定具体工程项目报价的合理区间方法。In order to win a bid, the construction unit usually takes winning bid at low price into winning bid at price below cost. The article presents the dangers it brings and combines with an example to work out the way of defining rational bidding price interval.
