摘  要:目的:优化乙酰阿魏酸的合成工艺。方法:以碳酸钾为催化剂,PEG-400为相转移催化剂,以香草醛和乙酸酐为原料经Perkin反应合成乙酰阿魏酸。按L9(3^4)正交表设计考察乙酰阿魏酸合成的影响因素,对反应时间、反应温度、PEG-400用量及投料比等因素进行优选。结果:最佳工艺为A2B1C2,产率可达81.6%。结论:最佳工艺提高了产率,并缩短反应时间,适合于工业生产。Objective: To optimize the synthesis of acetylferulic acid by orthogonal test. Method: The potassium carbonate was used as the catalyst, PEG-400 was used as phase transfer catalyst, vanillin and acetic anhydride were used as raw materials, target compound acetylferulic acid was synthesized through Perkin reaction. Three main factors influenced yield of synthesis acetylferulic acid such as reaction time, reaction tempereture , the quantity of PEG-400 and material-ratio were evaluated by the orthogonal experimental design of L9 (3^4). Result: The optimization group of the synthesis of acetylferulic acid were A2B1C2. the yield of acetylferulic acid reached 81.5 %. Conclusion: The best process improved synthesis yield, shorten the reaction time, the experimental method was suitable for industrial production of acetylferulic acid.
