摘  要:目的:建立参芪润肺颗粒中总异黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:在碱性条件下与磷钼酸试液反应,采用紫外分光光度法在268 nm波长处测定总异黄酮含量。结果:葛根素在30~180μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率99.83%,RSD为1.48%(n=9)。结论:方法可行,可用于参芪润肺颗粒的质量控制。Objective: To establish a method to determine total isoflavone in Shenqirunfei granules. Method: Isoflavone with phosphomolybdic acid were reacted on alkali condition and determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at detection wavelength of 268 nm. Result : The grosses of isoflavone in this granules was measured with puerarin. A good linear range was shown within the rang of 30 μg to 180 μg. The average recovery was 99.83% and RSD was 1.48% ( n = 9). Conclusion: The established method is feasible and can be used for the quality control of Shenqirunfei granules.
