摘  要:目的:优选舒肝和胃颗粒的水提取工艺条件。方法:以芍药苷提取量为考察指标,用高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷含量,以加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为影响因素,选用L9(3。)表进行正交实验。结果:优选工艺为:药材加8倍量水,提取2次,每次1.5h。结论:优选工艺提取的浸膏中芍药苷含量较高,而浸膏量较低。Objective: To optimize the technological condition of water extraction for Shuganhewei Granule. Method: The content of paeoniflorin extracted, which was regarded as the marker of detection,was determined by HPLC. Water multiple, hours of extraction and times of extraction were selected as influencing factors and table L9 (34) was used to do orthogonal design experiment. Result: The optimum extraction condition was obtained that the medicinal materials was extracted with 10 times of water for two times, 1.5 hours for each time. Conclusion: The content of paeoniflorin obtained was high and the extract obtained was low by the optimum technology.
