摘　　要：目的:建立菝葜药材总皂苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用比色法,于407 nm测定。结果:薯蓣皂苷在0.03～0.13 mg范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9,n=5),平均回收率为100.7%,RSD为2.2%(n=6)。结论:方法简便易行,结果可靠。Objective： To establish a method for determination the content of total saponin in Smilax china L. Method： The dioscin as reference, the colorimetry was used, the detection wavelength was 407 rim. Result： the linear range of dioscin was 0.03 -0.13 mg （ r = 0. 999 9） ,the average recovery was 100.7% with RSD 2.2% （n =6）. Conclusion： the method is simple and accurate.
