前列康泰方对慢性细菌性前列腺炎前列腺组织中细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:慢性前列腺炎是男性泌尿系统常见的疾病,中药前列康泰方是治疗慢性前列腺炎的经验方,为了探讨其作用机理,本实验研究前列康泰方对慢性细菌性前列腺炎大鼠前列腺组织中细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1β含量的影响,并观察前列腺组织形态学改变。方法:利用大鼠前列腺侧叶注入大肠杆菌混悬液来建立慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)病理模型,经前列康泰方治疗35天后,观察大鼠前列腺组织病理学改变并测定前列腺组织中细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1β的含量。结果:前列康泰方能改善慢性细菌性前列腺炎大鼠前列腺组织病理学改变;可降低前列腺组织中细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1β的含量。结论:前列康泰方对慢性细菌性前列腺炎有明显的治疗作用,其作用机制可能与降低前列腺组织中细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1β水平有关。Objectives： Chronic prostatitis is a common male urinary system disease, Qian lie kang tai formula of the Chinese medicine is the traditional formula for the treatment of chronic prostatitis. In order to explore its therapeutic effect and mechanism, we research on the effect of qian lie kang tai formula on rat prostate tissue TNF - α and IL - 1β of chronic bacterial prostatitis. We also observed the morphology change of prostate tissue. Method： We injected into the side of rat prostate with the E. coli suspension to establish the chronic bacterial prostatitis animal model. After the treatment of qian lie kang tai formula for 35 days, we observed the pathological change in the rat prostate tissue and detected the level of rat prostate tissue TNF - α and IL -1β. Results： Qian lie kang tai formula had the obvious effect in improving the pathological change of prostate tissue, reducing the level of rat prostate tissue TNF - α and IL - 1β, Conclusion： Qian lie kang tai formula has the obvious therapeutic effect on chronic bacterial prostatitis. Reducing the level of cytokines TNF - α and IL - 1β may be the mechanism of qian lie kang tai formula.
