摘  要:采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵/正丁醇/正辛烷/水(或盐溶液)微乳液体系,利用微乳液方法制备出NaMgF3:Ce3+纳米粒子;通过XRD确定了所制备样品的结构,并运用谢乐公式计算了样品的平均粒径(43.05nm),结果表明其粒径均在纳米范围之内;运用ESEM(环境扫描电镜)观察了NaMgF3:Ce3+纳米粒子的形貌和粒径尺寸;将纳米粒子的荧光光谱与相应体相材料的荧光光谱进行了对比,发现两种荧光光谱有很大不同,NaMgF3:Ce3+纳米粒子的最大发射峰红移了27nm。Nanoparticles of NaMgF3:Ce^3+ were prepared from the quaternary microemulsion of CTAB, n-butanol, n-octane and water or brine solution. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern were indexed to pure NaMgF3 phase. The diameter of the particles (43.05nm), calculated with Debye-Scherrer equation, revealed that these particles were nanoparticles. The shape and diameter of NaMgF3:Ce^3+ nanoparticles were showed by ESEM images. The spectrum of prepared nanoparticles was observed and discussed. Compared with their powder crystal prepared by high temperature solid reaction, the peaks of the fluorescent spectra changed. The emission peak ofNaMgF3:Ce^3+ particles is red shift 27nm.
