摘  要:以蒙古口蘑多糖(MOP)和紫蘑菇多糖(COP)为实验材料,分别对两种多糖和混合多糖(MCP)进行了体外和体内抗肿瘤实验,用MTT比色法测定了MOP、COP、MCP对肝癌细胞(HepG2)和人宫颈癌细胞(Hela)的抑制作用,并利用统计学方法进行分析,结果表明:三者对HepG2和Hela两种癌细胞均有一定的抑制作用,但MCP的抑制效果最好,对HepG2抑制率为72.33%,对Hela的抑制率为80.68%。MCP对S180在KM小鼠体内的增殖有明显的抑制效果,最大抑制率达到58.74%,并呈现出良好的量效关系。获得的试验结果为开发真菌双糖抗肿瘤药物提供研究基础。In this paper, Mongolia Tricholoma polysaccharide (MOP) and purple mushroom polysaccharides (COP) were as the experimental materials, a single polysaccharide components separately and mixed polysaccharide components (MCP) were used in vitro and in yivo anti-tumor experiments, with MTT assay determination of the MOP, COP, MCP of liver cancer cells (HepG2) and human cervical cancer cells (Hela) inhibition, and to make use of statistical methods for analysis. The results show that MCP inhibited effect is the best, and the inhibition rate of MCP about HepG2 is 72.33 percent, the Hela is 80,68 percent. MCP affected on S180 in KM mice significantly also, the greatest inhibition rate reached to 58.74 percent, and has shown a good dose-effect relationship. The results provide a research foundation for the development of dual-fungal sugar anticancer drug.
