摘  要:本研究构建了由IND(6xABRE-mini35S)和Pabp9启动子分别驱动ABP9基因的两种诱导型表达的植物表达载体,得到拟南芥转基因株系;并在正常生长的条件下,与转空载体pCHF3和转35S-ABP9的两种转基因株系在种子萌发、根系伸长、营养和生殖生长等方面进行比较,分析转录因子ABP9基因在不同启动子的驱动下,对转基因拟南芥各生长发育时期的影响。研究结果表明,在转基因拟南芥中,利用上述两种诱导型启动子驱动ABP9基因表达能够一定程度上的解除由组成型表达ABP9基因导致的生长延迟。Plant expression vectors in which the expression of ABP9 is driven by IND (6xABRE-mini35S) or Pabp9 promoter were constructed in this research, and the transgenic Arabidopsis plants respectively transformed with IND-ABP9 and Pabp9-ABP9 were obtained. Morphological, developmental and physiological changes at germination, vegetative and reproductive growth stages were examined between these transgenic plants and the others which were respectively transformed with vector pCHF3 and ABP9 driven by routine 35S promoter, to evaluate the effects of transcription factor ABP9 driven by different promoters on plant growth and development. The results indicated that the growth retardation defect caused by constitutive expression of ABP9 can be alleviated by expressing ABP9 with an inducible promoter.
