摘　　要：目的:探讨人性化护理对脑卒中患者功能恢复的影响。方法:将180例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组与对照组各90例,观察组给予人性化护理,对照组仅给予常规护理,观察60d,比较两组运动功能、日常生活活动能力、语言功能恢复情况及陪护人员对护理的满意度。结果:观察组在运动功能、语言功能、日常生活活动能力恢复及陪护人员对护理的满意度等方面优于对照组,两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理对脑卒中患者功能恢复有良好的促进作用,可提高患者满意度。Objective： To study the impact of humanistic nursing care on functional restoration of the patients with stroke. Methods： One hundred and eighty patients with stroke were divided into observation group （n = 90） and control group （ n = 90 ） randomly. Humanistic nursing care was applied to the patients in observation group and routine nursing care was taken in control group. Motor function, abilities of daily activity, restoration of language function and patient＇s satisfaction at nurses were all compared after observation for 60 days between the two groups. Results ： Motor function, abilities of daily activity, restoration of language function and patient＇s satisfaction at nurses were better in observation group than that in control group and there were significant difference in the comparison between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Humanistic nursing care is very effective in promoting functional restoration of patients with stroke and increase patient＇s satisfaction at service.
