摘　　要：目的:探讨腘静脉外肌袢形成术治疗下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全患者围术期的护理方法。方法:对80例下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全患者行腘静脉外肌袢形成术,并给予精心围术期护理。结果:本组80例(93条肢体)切口全部I期愈合,无感染发生,行走时有明显的轻松感,胀痛、沉重症状消失或缓解,溃疡愈合。术后出现早期并发症16条肢体,经治疗后全部恢复。随访2年,恢复全劳动力者占78.6%。结论:对下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全行腘静脉外肌袢形成术患者给予精心围术期护理,可提高手术成功率,减少并发症的发生,且此手术创伤小,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To explore methods of nursing care in perioperative period in the treatment of deep vein valve insufficiency in the lower limbs by substitute popliteal vein valve operation. Methods： Eighty patients with deep vein valve insufficiency in the lower limbs were treated with substitute popliteal vein valve operation and given comprehensive nursing care. Results ： The wounds of 80 patients （ 93 limbs） healed at the first stage without infection. Swelling, pain and heaviness of the patients disappeared and eased; ulcers healed up. Sixteen limbs recovered through treatment of complications occurred at early stage. 78.6% of patients resumed ability of labor. Conclusion： Careful and comprehensive perioperative nursing care can increase successful rate of operation, reduce complications in the treatment of deep vein valve insufficiency in the lower limbs by substitute popliteal vein valve operation. The operation with little wound is safe and effective and can be widely applied in clinical practice.
