摘  要:第二代中压加氢裂化技术(RMC-Ⅱ技术)采用了RN-32系列新型加氢处理催化剂、裂化活性和开环选择性较高的加氢裂化催化剂RHC-3,并对加氢工艺和分馏方案进行了优化。采用该技术能够在相对缓和的反应条件下加工各种不同性质的减压蜡油,并可加工焦化蜡油掺炼比较高的原料油,尾油的烃类构成得到了显著改善。A new process named RMC -Ⅱ was developed on the basis of RMC technology. By selecting new generation hydrotreating catalyst RN -32, developing new hydrocracking catalyst RHC -3 with high hydrocracking activity and high ring opening selectivity and optimizing hydrogenating process and fractionation scheme, the RMC - Ⅱ process has higher adaptability to different kinds of feeds and better quality of products. VGO feed with high ratio of CGO can be processed by RMC -Ⅱ technology under mild conditions to produce diesel with high cetane number and low sulphur lower than 10 μg/g, hydrocracking tail oil with higher paraffin and lower naphthene content.
