摘  要:探讨了第三共聚单体衣康酸(IA)对预氧化腈纶(PANOF)耐热结构的形成及其原丝制备工艺的影响。结果表明:IA的引入能够使氧化反应温度和放热剧烈程度降低,有利于PANOF耐热结构的形成;IA的钠盐溶解性能和稳定较好,适用于共聚物的工业化生产;凝固浴温度为0℃时纺成的纤维机械强度最好;但LA的存在不利于原丝的干燥致密化。Effects of the third comonomer itaconic acid (IA) on the formation of heat resisting structure in pre - oxidation acrylic fiber and the producing process of its protofilament were studied. Result showed that introduction of IA could reduce the oxidation reaction temperature and heat release severity rate, which was favorable for formation of heat resisting structure in pre - oxidation acrylic fiber; IA had good solubility and stability for sodium salt which was suitable for industrial production of copolymer; the mechanical strength of fiber was best at the coagulation bath temperature of 0℃, but the existence of IA was unfavorable for drying densification of protofilament.
