摘 要:在简要介绍流体回路补偿器的基础上,讨论了补偿器设计的一般热计算方法,提出了补偿器总容积确定的通用计算方法,并利用计算机技术编写了一套补偿器热计算通用计算程序。此外,针对某一载人航天器流体回路工作情况,对其补偿器进行了计算和分析,并获得相应设计参数。该项研究将为载人航天器流体回路补偿器的设计提供理论分析参考。With the introduction of the accumulator of the liquid fluid loop in the thermal control system of the spacecraft, thermal calculation method for the accumulator design is presented and discussed in this paper. The general solution to the total volume of the accumulator was described under the given condition. On base of the method, a computer program of thermal calculation for the accumulator was developed. In addition, the design parameters of the accumulator were gotten through using the method according to the conditions of the liquid fluid loop for one spacecraft. It will provide the design reference of the accumulator for the subsequent spacecraft.
